Course overview
The Bond MBA is a generalist management program of 12 subjects. It blends industry-relevant research with practical applications and challenges. Intended learning outcomes centre on the three pillars of leadership, global business and entrepreneurship, developing graduates who think critically and strategically in this context. The program provides graduates with the core underlying technical skills that inform effective decision making, framed around the development of the interpersonal, cross-cultural and communication skills required to lead in the implementation of these decisions.
Bond MBA provides key functional knowledge, focused expertise and greater flexibility while studying. Students tailor elective subjects based on career aspirations across a range of industries and complete the MBA in just one year and four months with Bond University’s three-semester-per-year timetable.
Bond Business School welcomes members of CPA Australia, CAANZ and IPA into the MBA with up to 50% credit into the program.

What you will study
To complete the Master of Business Administration, you must complete 120 credit points. This comprises 80 credit points of compulsory subjects and 40 credit points of general electives. Alternatively, students can study an optional specialisation, which will replace the 40 credit points of general elective subjects.

General electives
Students must choose 40 credit points of postgraduate subjects from across the university that are available as general electives.
Specialisations
Students are encouraged to tailor their studies with an optional specialisation. This will replace 40 credit points of elective subjects.

Entry requirements
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field and a minimum of three years' work experience in any field.
