Testimonials:

Cranlana’s course, Lowering the temperature of values conflict at work, led by Leslie Cannold, has definitely expanded my leadership tool kit. For some years now, I have been thinking and reading widely on this topic – it is the leadership challenge that weighs most heavily on my mind. Informal conversation on current contentious and sensitive topics tends to be absent or guarded, so it was very refreshing to attend this course. I gained new insights, new thinking strategies and broadened my understanding of some of the most difficult workplace challenges I anticipate having to face.

The course content was interesting, highly relevant to me as an educator and academic leader and the interactivity with other students was expertly orchestrated, enjoyable and enhanced the learning. The team have deep and valuable ideas to share, they are innovative educators and are way out in front tackling this topic - Julia Harrison

I would highly recommend the taking part in one of the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership’s online courses. They are invaluable to navigating the complex role of leadership in today’s world - Alice Proud
