The Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change instructs you in the process of planning and implementing change. You'll learn to maximise the effectiveness of the change effort and minimise potential employee resistance and loss to the organisation.

Applicants without a tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Change based on professional attainment and/or work experience.
English language requirements
For postgraduate coursework courses, applicants must have obtained an Academic IELTS within the last two years with:
- A minimum overall score of 6.0.
- No individual score below 6.0.
