What will you study

To complete the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, you must complete 64 credit points. This consists of 32 credit points for credit subjects and 32 credit points for elective coursework.

  • IECL Organisational Coaching Level 2
  • IECL Principles of Organisational Coaching

Entry requirements

For entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, applicants are required to have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

English Language Proficiency

For postgraduate coursework courses, applicants must have obtained an Academic IELTS within the last two years with:

  • A minimum overall score of 6.0.
  • No individual score below 6.0.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Your previous studies can be acknowledged as credit towards your postgraduate studies, provided that they meet the relevant course requirements.

  • Formulate and implement strategies and practice-based interventions for coaching and leadership practice; and
  • Listen and communicate effectively.
