Entry requirements

Applicants must have completed the Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership to be eligible for entry to the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership.

English Language Proficiency

For postgraduate coursework courses, applicants must have obtained an Academic IELTS within the last two years with:

• A minimum overall score of 6.0.
• No individual score below 6.0.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Your previous studies can be acknowledged as credit for your postgraduate studies, provided they meet the relevant course requirements.

As a graduate of the Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership, you'll have a firm grounding in organisational coaching and leadership. You'll be ready to take on contemporary coaching and leadership challenges in corporate, government, small business and not-for-profit roles. This course prepares organisational coaches with a rigorous coaching methodology that can be implemented for high-performance coaching at all levels of organisations. You'll also have the knowledge and skills to assume greater leadership responsibilities.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be able to:

• Evaluate and synthesise organisational coaching and leadership theories, principles, practices and contexts;
• Critically analyse the importance of organisational coaching and leadership as dynamic activities that underpin staff commitment and achieve organisational goals and objectives;
• Critically reflect on the professional and ethical issues of organisational coaching and leadership engagement;
• Critically reflect on and evaluate the design and implementation of practice-based coaching and leadership organisational change interventions;
• Evaluate the challenges to effective coaching and leadership within a complex and dynamic organisational setting;
• Implement organisational coaching, mentoring and educational roles within the broader leadership context;
• Formulate and implement strategies and practice-based interventions for coaching and leadership practice; and
• Listen and communicate effectively.

A student’s annual fee may vary in accordance with:
