With ECU’s Accelerated Online Graduate Certificate of People and Culture, you will learn how to take a person-centred approach to mental wellness, culture and inclusion in the workplace. Upon completing your degree, you will understand how positive spaces create positive business results and be empowered to make meaningful workplace changes. You may also continue your studies to complete a Master of Human Resource Management.

Academic requirements
To gain entry to the Graduate Certificate of People and Culture (Accelerated), you will need to have one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Management/Work and Employment Relations with a focus on these major areas: Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Industrial and/or Employment Relations.
- Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
English language requirements
Applicants must meet English Language Requirements (Band 4). This can include an IELTS academic overall band minimum score of 6.5 (no individual band less than 6.0).
Recognition of Prior Learning
You may be able to get credit for your course based on prior formal, non-formal or informal learning. To apply, you will need to provide supporting documentation outlined by the university. Contact the university for more information.
