Course overview
The highly practical Master of Banking and Finance is designed to meet employer needs and will develop your theoretical knowledge alongside your practical capabilities. You’ll develop your knowledge and skills in the core areas of financial principles, analysis and modelling, econometrics and statistics. And you’ll have the opportunity to undertake electives in areas such as fintech, environmental finance, capital markets and business valuation.

Entry requirements
Academic requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Applied Economics and Master of Management, a student must have one of the following:
Master of Banking and Finance
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent.
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent and two years of relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning.
Master of Management
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent.
- An AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent and two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification,n or other recognised prior learning.
Note: Successful admission into the double degree means that you must satisfy the requirements for both of the single degrees.
English language requirements
