What you will study
To complete the Master of Engineering Management, you must complete 100 credit points. You may choose subjects based on the specialisations offered. Each subject is valued at 12.5 credit points.
Capstone

Students must complete three specialisation subjects including at least two of the following subjects, plus up to one of the Project management specialisation subjects.

Entry requirements
To be considered for entry into this course, you must have one of the following:
- A four-year Bachelor of Engineering degree (AQF7) with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 65%, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree (AQF7) in a cognate (relevant) discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 65%, or equivalent and two years of documented relevant experience since graduation.
Cognate (relevant) disciplines include: Engineering or a related discipline in Engineering Management.
Relevant experience is measured in full-time years but may be completed within a part-time equivalent timeframe.
English language requirements
All applicants to the University of Melbourne must satisfy the English language requirements. This may be achieved in a number of ways, including a recognised previous study taught and assessed entirely in English or an approved English language test.
