What you will study
To be awarded the Graduate Certificate of Business Administration (Digital), you must complete four units in total.
Part A. Operational knowledge
You must complete two units from the following:
- Marketing
- Managerial accounting
- Operations and logistics
- Financial management
- People and culture
- Governance, continuity and crisis management
Part B. Organisational skills
You must complete one unit from the following:
- Strategic management of contemporary organisations
- Leadership for sustainable development
- Innovation and change for digital transformation
Part C. Professional skills
You must complete one unit from the following:
- Currency and lifelong learning
- Direction, purpose and career advancement
- Connection, communication and community
Entry requirements
An applicant must have one of the following:
- An Australian bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least a 60% credit average or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA) – and three years relevant experience in a professional role*.
- A minimum of five years relevant experience in a professional role*.
*Applicants applying based on work experience are required to provide a detailed curriculum vitae outlining their employment history and professional experience.
English requirements
For entry to Monash University, you must meet the minimum English language requirements. You can do this by completing one of the qualifications listed.
You need satisfactory completion of one of the following:
- The equivalent of an Australian VET Certificate IV course (AQF Level 4) or higher that the faculty has approved as requiring sufficient English skills
- Study in an English medium educational institution equivalent to at least 24 Monash credit points (one semester of full-time study) at Australian VET diploma level (AQF Level 5) or higher.
- At least two units of higher education study (to a minimum 12 points), of which at least one is an English-rich unit, taken as part of an award or non-award course.
- An Australian master's by research or doctoral degree, or equivalent, from an English medium institution.
The University does not accept competency-based qualifications as meeting English language requirements.

If you don’t meet the Monash English requirement for a course at an Australian campus (but you meet all other admission requirements), contact your faculty to discuss your options. You may be asked to complete an internal assessment or one of the following English tests with the approval of the faculty dean (or a nominee):

All costs are calculated using current rates and are based on a study load of 24 credit points (normally four units) per semester or 48 credit points (normally eight units) per year.
A student’s annual fee may vary in accordance with:
