Course overview

Digital graphic design is a unique and valuable skill set that enables students to tackle complex design challenges and create aesthetic, meaningful solutions that are both responsive and useful. Strong visual communication is vital in any digital role, whether creating a seamless website, securing sign-off on a presentation or producing a high-conversion advertising campaign online. Beyond creating polished visual outputs, the Digital Graphic Design course focuses on the digital application of graphic design skills, teaching colour, layout, style and typography principles through a digital lens using the Adobe platform.

This course can be taken as a standalone, but has been designed to be taken as part of a two-course Graphic Design and Content Marketing bundle (with a saving of 20% across both courses). For a more comprehensive understanding of Graphic Design and Content Marketing, RMIT University recommends that you also complete Content and Social Media Marketing).
