What you will study
To earn the AGSM Master of Business Administration (Sustainable and Inclusive Business), students must complete 72 units of credit or 12 courses. Each course is worth six units of credit.
Compulsory courses
Complete the following two courses for 12 units of credit:
- Leadership (starter course)
- Strategy
MBAX courses
Complete four courses for 24 units of credit:
- Accounting and Financial Management
- Corporate Finance
- Data Analytics and Decision-making
- Economics in Management Practice
- Managing People and Organisations
- Marketing Management
Sustainable and Inclusive Business courses
Complete the following four courses for 24 units of credit:
- Sustainable and Inclusive Business
- Decarbonisation and Transition to Clean Energy
- Sustainable Governance and Reporting
- Sustainable Business Models and Value Chains
Entry requirements
You will need to have one of the following:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience.
- At least six years of professional work experience.
English language requirements
If English isn’t your first language, you may be required to provide evidence that your English language ability meets the university's requirements. Contact the university for further information. You can prove this by providing evidence that you meet one or more of the following criteria:

Recognition of Prior Learning
If you have completed a study prior to enrolling at UNSW, you may be eligible for a credit transfer. If approved, you can earn credit towards your current degree and shorten the length of your studies.

Fees and FEE-HELP
Indicative first-year full fee in 2025: $45,000 (domestic full-fee paying place)
Indicative full fee to complete the degree in 2025: $68,500 (domestic full-fee paying place)

Indicative fees are a guide only and have been calculated based on the typical enrolment patterns of students undertaking the program. The amount you pay will vary depending on the calendar year of enrolment, the courses you select and whether your study load is more or less than one equivalent full-time student load (48 units of credit per year).
A student’s fee may vary depending on:
- The number of courses studied per term.
- The choice of major or specialisation.
- Choice of courses.
- Credit from previous study or work experience.
- Eligibility for government-funded loans.
You may also need to pay the student services and amenities fee.
FEE-HELP loans are available to assist eligible full-fee paying domestic students.
