Practical frameworks are introduced for immediate workplace application, ensuring learning is both relevant and actionable.
Sessions are facilitated by an AGSM expert faculty member in partnership with the Sydney Swans coaching leaders, offering unique insights into coaching and performance drawn from both elite sport and contemporary leadership contexts. The program follows AGSM’s experiential learning model, enabling participants to leave with tangible skills, renewed confidence and a personalised plan to embed coaching in their leadership practice.
