Course overview

Designed and delivered by a neurodiverse team of facilitators, backed by evidence-based frameworks, this course bridges that gap. This course equips participants with the confidence to engage inclusively, the clarity to meet legal and workplace responsibilities and the frameworks to create sustainable, neuro-inclusive practices. Through highly interactive activities and in-depth discussions, participants will challenge stigma, strengthen collaboration and develop a practical action plan to make their workplaces more neuro-inclusive.

This is a program for those ready to move beyond compliance and theory, to build workplaces where neurodivergent people and indeed all employees can thrive.
