Graduate Certificate in Marketing Analytics Online
- Delivery: Online
- Study Level: Postgraduate
- Duration: 8 months
- Course Type: Graduate Certificate
Strengthen your marketing expertise by developing the analytical skills to interpret customer data, evaluate campaign performance and make evidence-based marketing decisions in a digital-first environment.
Course overview
As marketing becomes increasingly shaped by customer and digital data, the UNSW Graduate Certificate in Marketing Analytics supports professionals seeking to make more informed, measurable marketing decisions. It is suited to marketers, analysts and other professionals looking to connect commercial strategy with analytical evidence.
You will develop a foundation in data analysis before exploring how customer, social media and digital-platform information can inform acquisition, retention and engagement strategies. Learning integrates statistical analysis with customer relationship management, campaign evaluation and the interpretation of marketing performance, helping you translate complex findings into practical recommendations.
The flexible course structure allows you to deepen your understanding of customer and digital analytics or complement this focus with areas such as predictive analytics, data visualisation, programming, database management, ethics or organisational change. Applied activities draw on marketing and business problems, supporting the practical use of analytical methods rather than treating data as an isolated technical discipline.
Delivered entirely online over approximately eight months part-time, the qualification may support progression towards marketing analytics, customer insights, digital marketing and related analytical roles. Graduates who achieve the required academic standard may also continue into eligible UNSW analytics programs. The program is delivered through UNSW Business School, which holds AACSB and EQUIS accreditation.
