Develop specialist knowledge of not-for-profit and social enterprise management with the Master of Social Impact and Not-for-Profit Management at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Designed for graduates and professionals interested in purpose-driven organisations, this postgraduate qualification examines the management responsibilities and challenges involved in creating social impact. The course explores how not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises and community initiatives operate within changing social, economic and regulatory environments.

Explore advocacy and social change, fundraising, volunteer management and social impact measurement alongside diversity, legal responsibilities and creative problem-solving. You'll examine strategies for engaging stakeholders, securing resources and assessing the outcomes of community-focused initiatives. Through applied learning, case studies and project activities, you'll develop capabilities relevant to managing organisations that work towards social and community objectives.
