The Graduate Diploma of Project Management from CQUniversity is a postgraduate qualification designed to strengthen project management knowledge and capabilities across the full project lifecycle. Delivered on campus over one year full-time or two years part-time, the course combines recognised project management frameworks with practical case studies to support professional capability development.
You will study key aspects of project management including project initiation, planning, procurement, contract management, execution, portfolio and program management, while developing capabilities in stakeholder engagement, communication, negotiation and team leadership. What you will study
To earn the Graduate Diploma of Project Management, you must complete seven core units and one elective unit.

Students can select one unit from the two units listed below. Students who intend to continue their studies in the Master of Project Management are highly encouraged to take the Research Proposal unit which is a core unit in the master's course in order to enrol smoothly in the second year of the program.

- A CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Project Management or equivalent.

All costs are calculated using current rates and are based on a study load of 48 credit points (normally eight units) per year.
