What you will study
To earn the Graduate Diploma of Project Management, you must successfully complete units totalling 48 credit points as detailed below. Unless otherwise noted, each course is worth 6 credit points. You must complete seven core units and one elective unit.

Students can select one unit from the two units listed below. Students who intend to continue their studies in the Master of Project Management are highly encouraged to take the Research Proposal unit which is a core unit in the master's course in order to enrol smoothly in the second year of the program.

To gain entry to this course, students must have one of the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline from an Australian university, college, or equivalent.
- A CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Project Management or equivalent.
