Feel empowered to put people and performance at the centre of your professional practice with the University of Melbourne Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. This postgraduate course is suitable for professionals seeking to formalise their HR experience as well as those looking to integrate people-management experience into their role or area of work.

Students will study the principles behind HR strategies and how they apply to managerial challenges.
