- Explore VUCA, VUCA Prime and BANI frameworks and develop an approach to respond to each dimension.
- Review approaches to address resistance to change within an organisational setting.
Milestone: Reflect on your leadership experience and select a scenario as the basis of your final project.
How you will learn
Across six weeks, you’ll apply digital leadership tools to a real workplace scenario, shaping your leadership style, building team performance and driving customer value.
You’ll wrap up with a five–to ten-minute video presenting your initiative, backed by a clear rationale and supporting documentation.
