In 2020, Forrester Research noted that good UI can increase website conversion rates by 200 per cent, while improved UX design can increase conversions by up to 400 per cent.

Throughout this course, students will develop hands-on UX skills and knowledge in real-world contexts, gain experience with industry-recognised best-practice tools such as Figma and learn the end-to-end UX process. This course has been developed with leading industry partner Symplicit, ensuring the curriculum reflects industry best practice and aligns with in-demand professional skills.
