Dr James Donald is a Senior Lecturer in Management and Leadership whose research explores mindfulness, resilience and positive psychology in the workplace. With experience in the Commonwealth Treasury and Foreign Affairs, he bridges research and practice, helping organisations strengthen leadership capability, self-awareness and well-being through evidence-based mindfulness approaches. His work is published in leading international psychology journals.
