Created for practising managers, AGSM's Graduate Certificate in Change Management develops the knowledge and practical capability to lead organisational change across diverse business environments. The program prepares professionals to influence change initiatives, support organisational transformation and build the leadership skills required for change-focused roles.
Throughout the program, you'll explore how leadership, governance, organisational culture and operating models influence successful change. You'll strengthen your ability to think critically, develop and implement change strategies, navigate organisational complexity and align change initiatives with broader business objectives.
Delivered on campus, the program can be completed full-time in six months or part-time over one to two years. The face-to-face learning experience is complemented by online components, providing flexibility while developing the capability to lead organisational change. Academic requirements
Applicants must have the following:
- A recognised undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) and a minimum of two years of professional or managerial work experience.
- At least six years of professional work experience.
