AGSM's Master of Business Administration (Executive) is designed for experienced professionals seeking to strengthen their leadership capability and prepare for senior executive and C-suite roles. Across the program, you'll strengthen strategic thinking, executive decision-making and leadership capability while tailoring your studies to your professional goals through a broad choice of electives. Delivered through face-to-face learning with complementary online components, the program is designed for part-time study over two to six years alongside full-time employment. A defining feature is the Executive Year, where residential courses delivered across three consecutive terms provide a transformational leadership experience within a dedicated executive cohort.

Entry requirements

Academic requirements

Applicants need to have one of the following:

  • Recognised bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline and a minimum of five years relevant professional experience.
  • For students without a previous degree, at least five years' relevant professional experience plus a minimum of five years' managerial experience with accountability for outcomes, projects and people. Your CV will need to effectively demonstrate this.

Please note that five years of post-graduate work experience is an absolute minimum requirement for entry. Most of the MBA (Executive) students have on average around 11 years of work experience.

English language requirements
