What you will study

To complete this degree, students must take eight units. Each course is worth one unit.

Schedule A: Core Courses

Students must complete all four courses:

  • Research Training
  • Professional Skills in Engineering
  • Asset Management in an Engineering Environment
  • Innovation Management and New Product Development
Schedule B: Specialisation Courses

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have one of the following:

  • Completion of an Australian university three or four-year bachelor's degree in the area of engineering in the relevant cognate specialisation (major) or equivalent.
  • Completion of an appropriate four-year bachelor's degree in the area of engineering in a non-cognate specialisation (major field) or equivalent.

English Language Requirements

You are required to meet the applicable English language requirements. This degree also requires a minimum of IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each subscore. UniSQ also accepts other English language proficiency tests.
