Study omnichannel marketing to understand how different touch-points and customer relationship approaches contribute to a more connected strategy.
The curriculum links customer insight, analytics and digital practice, helping you consider the wider reasoning behind marketing choices. The emphasis is on strategic understanding across channels and technologies, rather than proficiency in a single tool.
