Master of Philosophy

Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Graduates can upgrade to a Doctor of Philosophy if they score a minimum of 70 per cent.
Course Overview
The Master of Philosophy allows students to develop in-depth knowledge, expertise and skills through the application of research to business challenges, with support from a minimum of two supervisors throughout the course.

The School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and is a signatory of the UN's Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative.

Each student will be assigned to the program most relevant to their research focus. At Monash University Malaysia, only the following programs are available:

Fees are estimation on overall completion of the programme. In any cases where there are credit exemptions, offered rebates or approval of scholarship applications, there may be a reduction in the fees. Fees for international students may differ from those for local Malaysian students.
Entry Requirements
Academic Qualification
To apply for the Master of Philosophy, you must meet either one of the criteria below:
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum upper H2B (a mark of 65 or above) in an honours year in a relevant field, or its equivalent.
- Qualifications which in the opinion of the Graduate Research Committee are deemed equivalent or a satisfactory substitute.
English Language Requirement
You can demonstrate your English language proficiency through one of the following:
- studying English at Year 12 or equivalent.
- studying at an institution where English is the language of instruction.
- English Proficiency Tests.
- Monash English Bridging course.
