Entry Requirements
Academic Qualification
To meet the entry requirements for the course, you need to fulfil one of the requirements below:
- STPM - A minimum Grade C+ (GPA 2.33) in any two subjects and credits in mathematics at SPM; OR
- STAM - A minimum grade of Jayyid (Good) and credits in mathematics at SPM; OR
- Matriculation or foundation - A minimum CGPA of 2.50 and credits in mathematics at SPM; OR
- Diploma in accounting or a related field - A minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
- Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM)/ Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM)/ Diploma Vokasional Malaysia (DVM):
- A minimum CGPA of 2.50 in a relevant field subject to the approval of the Senate AND it would be compulsory to attend bridging courses; OR
- A minimum CGPA of 2.00 AND have at least two years of work experience in a relevant field AND it would be compulsory to attend bridging courses; OR
- BTEC Level 4 and 5 - A pass and with credit in three subjects at SPM level, including mathematics; OR
- Any other qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government that are equivalent to the above.
English Requirements
- International Students:
- A minimum score of 46 for TOEFL; OR
- A minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS or its equivalent
- Local Students:
- Malaysian University English Test (MUET) Band 2 AND
- A pass in SPM English
Note: If the applicant has completed mathematics at a higher level and obtained credit or a higher grade, the credit requirement for SPM mathematics may be waived.
