- Graduates of this programme can register as Probational Valuers (PV) or Probational Estate Agents (PEA) with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP) upon graduation.
- After fulfilling the membership requirements, graduates can use the prefix 'Sr' in their name, which stands for Surveyor, as granted by the Royal Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
- Graduates of this programme can register as "Graduate Members" with the Building Management Association of Malaysia (BMAM).

Entry Requirements
Academic Qualification
To meet the entry requirements for the course, you need to fulfil one of the requirements below:
- A minimum of a grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any two subjects at STPM level; OR
- A minimum grade of Jayyid in STAM; OR
- A minimum of a grade D in two relevant subjects at A-Level; OR
- A minimum of a grade B in five subjects in UEC; OR
- Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) of 70 and a grade B in two relevant subjects in SAM; OR
- An average of 70 per cent in two relevant subjects and four other subjects in CPU; OR
- A minimum CGPA of 2.00 in foundation from UTAR; OR
- A minimum CGPA of 2.00 in foundation or matriculation from other higher learning institutes; OR
- A minimum CGPA of 2.00 in a diploma; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government
Note:
- All applicants must have a credit in mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level or equivalent.
- The credit requirement for mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level can be waived should the qualifications contain mathematics and English subjects with equivalent or higher achievement.
