Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) was founded in August 1999. Administered by the state of Selangor, one of Malaysia’s key economic contributors, UNISEL is the country’s first state-owned university. The university is part of the state’s initiative to transform Selangor into a regional education hub.
UNISEL delivers a broad scope of accredited courses, including foundation, diploma, bachelor's, master's and PhD programmes. Students can enrol in business-related courses at the university’s main campus in Bestari Jaya or its city campus in Shah Alam.
