Course Overview

The programme provides students with a good understanding of the fundamental knowledge of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial process and skills required as entrepreneurs. It will focus on how to plan, start, manage and grow a business.

Pathway to a degree
Graduates can proceed to Year 2 of TAR UMT's Bachelor of Business (Hons) in Entrepreneurship on credit transfer. You can also apply for admission into relevant bachelor degree programmes at TAR UMT or other universities on credit transfer.

Entry Requirements

Academic Qualification

To apply for this course, you must meet either one of the criteria below:

  • SPM: Minimum three credits in the relevant subjects, and a Pass in Mathematics and English
  • O-Level: Minimum three Grade C in the relevant subjects, and a Pass in Mathematics and English
  • UEC: Minimum three Grade B in the relevant subjects, and Grade C in one Mathematics subject and English
  • Relevant certificate that is accredited by MQA
  • Relevant skilled/technical/vocational certificate that is accredited by MQA or recognised by the Malaysian government
